RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Our 30-Day Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your ProSix to request a refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following in mind:

  • Trial Fit: We recommend trying the ProSix over a clean sheet or blanket to check the fit.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, “like-new” condition—free of dirt, horse hair, or signs of wear.
  • Direct Purchases: We can only process returns for items purchased directly through our website. If you purchased your ProSix from a distributor or third-party vendor, please contact them directly to learn about their specific return policy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending your item back, please reach out to us at info@eagleprosix.com so we can authorize the request.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.
  • Pro Tip for Exchanges: If you are simply swapping for a different size, please keep your canvas tote and brochures. You only need to ship the ProSix unit itself back to us.
  • Note: If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot accept (used, dirty, or damaged), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

We will only accept returns if they are clean, unused, and hair-free. Please try your new ProSix on your horse over a body-covering sheet, horse sheet, or cover, to protect the ProSix from hair and dirt.

If you shared all 4 measurements with us, and we guaranteed an exchange in size if needed, we will only accept clean returns to be exchanged.

*Washed returns are not acceptable.

Warranty & Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Eagle Link LLC will replace any ProSix Equine or removable part (such as wither or hip straps) that shows a defect in materials or sewing within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents or horse-related damage (tears/chewing).
  • Unreasonable use or environment-related snags.
  • Overstretching or poor fit due to incorrect adjustment.

Need to report a defect? 

Please email us at info@eagleprosix.com with your name, date of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We’ll get to work on a solution for you right away!
